Interview With Mobile App Developers -- 2
Budget £20-250 GBP
We are conducting a study on integrating permissions into mobile applications and how mobile operating systems (e.g., iOS and Android) support developers in integrating permissions. To participate, you need to have experience with mobile programming, either for Android or iOS systems, and you must demonstrate this ability by telling us about your apps. Since the interview will be in English, you must be fluent in English.
We ask you to attend a 1-hour interview, and you will be compensated with a one-time £30 payment through the website. We will ask about your experiences managing and working with permissions. Your responses will be completely anonymous, and our ethics committee has approved this study. The Project
The survey is part of a larger project at the University of Bristol looking at making software development more user-friendly. In this study, we are looking at permission systems in mobile operating systems to understand developers’ challenges in integrating permissions smoothly into their projects. We would greatly appreciate your insights as someone with mobile programming experience.
