I need the following issues fixed in our android app.
1) Android devices adding a space after the “.com” in the username portion of the login for the app. It seems there should be some way to fix this, or set the app to allow it to go through either way. Since these people don’t have this issue with other apps on their device, it must be something within the BrainTap app that’s causing it.
2) People downloading sessions in the app from the Audio Library and the downloaded sessions not showing up in Saved Sessions, even when customers have adequate space on their devices and active accounts. Please check into why this is occurring and fix.
3) People downloading sessions that show up as 00/00 because the device doesn’t have adequate space. If this is the case, they should get a notice that says: Your device does not have enough space to download this session. Please check your available storage in Settings.
4) Downloaded sessions that were previously playable, but because the device ran out of space, now show 00/00, they should get a notice that says: Your device does not have enough space to play this session. Please check your available storage in Settings.
