Face lift to our android app

We are doing a face lift to our app and we need to code a new design. The Activity is build from 2 fragments: Fragment 1 - Top Bar: 1) The top bar is build from icons and fragments. 2) The top bar contains a logo, settings, date and time, status of device 1, status of device 2, WiFi reception, Mobile reception, battery level and back button. 3) Device status is a fragment "device_status". 4) Device status contains index number, "is connected", temperature, WiFi/Mobile reception and batter level. 5) The device status's need to be a list of fragments (so it easy to add and remove devices from top bar) 6) All device Status's are buttons as well(they have a click listener on the whole fragment for quick accesses. Fragment 2 - main screen: 1) Needs to holed a view list of all devices connected. 2) Each row in the list has - device name and "is alive" status 3) Each row in the list need to be a button. 4) Logo of device 5) 4 buttons - quick test, Recording, user manual and maintenance All icons need to be XML and with the ability to change color, opacity programmatic (not PNG pics that you change for each state). All buttons need to have a press look&feel when pressed. (back, setting, quick test, Recording, user manual and maintenance, "device status" and row of device). Main screen that App will be deployed on is a Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, but it needs to look good on mobile phones size screen as well. In attach files: 1) The new design in PDF and AI format. 2) All Icons in SVG format. 3) Old fragments for reference
