Develop an android service for downloading videos

Bid as less as possible in order to receive a message from me. (Future work possible) The whole project is ready, it is basically a video downloading app. You have to develop a service like the google play store app updating functionality. Brief about that functionality : 1. Background downloading. 2. Resumable downloading. 3. Network reliability downloading. (If we switch network, the download queue should automatically start) 4. Progress indicators inside the recyclerview should be shown. 5. Sequential/Serial downloading - One download at one time. I will provide the json link which will give you the video unique ids and links. You would have to make a list from that and on clicking of download button on one or multiple videos, the queue should be managed automatically. (Use any library, it doesn't matter).
