Cross-Platform Couples Counseling App

I’m ready to turn an idea inspired by the Gottman CardDecks APP to a similar app but in Italian. This is the app I want to inspire to: [login to view URL] --> only some Menus of this app, not all of them. ## Numbered list of requirements 1. **App concept and overall structure** The app should be a mobile app for couples, inspired by the general structure and user experience of the Gottman app, but limited to a specific set of features only. The full app content and interface must be in **Italian**. The design should feel warm, clear, intuitive, and clinically appropriate. 2. **Platforms and technical delivery** The app must be fully functional on both **iOS and Android**. A cross-platform solution such as **Flutter** or **React Native** is welcome, though native development is also acceptable. The final product must be production-ready and suitable for store publication. 3. **User accounts and security** The app must include: * secure **email/password authentication** * **password reset** functionality * secure data storage * GDPR-conscious handling of user data, suitable for use in Italy At this stage, the app does **not** need complex synchronization between the two partners’ accounts, except for the invitation/reminder features described below. 4. **Main menu structure** The app should include a simple main navigation with these areas: * Questions / Cards area** based on selected menus inspired by the Gottman app * Theory** a menu where there is a link to my blog and youtube channel * Therapy Practice** where i will have the exercises i provide * Get in touch with the therapist** a module to write me an email 5. **Gottman-inspired menu content** see the gottman app I indicated above in this project From the Gottman-inspired app structure, I only want these **7 menus**: * Love Maps * Open-Ended Questions * Sex Questions * Date Questions * Salsa Mild * Salsa Medium * Salsa Hot These sections should allow the user to browse and use the questions/affirmations that YOU have to retreive from the gottman app and send to me. I will traslate/change them and will send it back to you be put in my app. 6. **Theory section** The **Theory** button should open a page containing links to: * my **YouTube channel** * my **blog** This section can be simple and clean 7. **Therapy Practice section** The **Therapy Practice** button should open a submenu with these exercises: * Soft Start __> simple page * DWF_> simple page * Ovals of Compromise _> simple page * State of the Union _> simple page + programmable alert 8. **Locked exercises with therapist code** The following three exercises must be **protected by a code**: see point 9 here below * Soft Start * DWF * Ovals of Compromise The lock system should work as follows: * the same fixed code is used for all users * when the user tries to open one of these locked exercises, a popup should appear saying: **“Ask the code to the therapist to unlock.”** * after entering the correct code, the exercise becomes accessible 9. **State of the Union exercise** **State of the Union** must remain **unlocked** and available to all users. This section should include: * the exercise **instructions** * a way to schedule a reminder for the exercise * the possibility to invite the alert to the partner by email 10. **Reminder system for State of the Union** The **State of the Union** section must allow the user to set a reminder by choosing: * **day** * **time** * **frequency** (for example weekly) The reminder system should ideally support notifications sent **some hours in advance**, not only at the exact meeting time. The developer can propose the most practical implementation, such as push notifications, email reminders, or both. 11. **Partner invitation by email** Within **State of the Union**, the user should be able to enter the partner’s email address and send an invitation to join or attend the exercise. This does not need to imply full partner-account synchronization; it is simply an invitation/reminder function. 12. **Onboarding and home/dashboard** The app should include: * a simple **first-run onboarding** * a clear **home/dashboard** The tracking can remain simple for the MVP. 13. **Enrollment notifications and CRM integration** Every time a new user registers, the system should notify me automatically. This should happen through: * **email notification**, and/or * creation of a **lead in Zoho CRM** Ideally both should be implemented. The developer should handle the setup of this automation. 14. **Store publishing** The developer should take care of the full publication process for: * **Apple App Store** * **Google Play Store** This includes preparing builds, handling store requirements, uploading the app, and supporting the project through the initial approval stage. 15. **Content and assets** I will provide: * the texts/questions/affirmations but not the ones from the gottman app (see point 5 above) * branding assets * links for the Theory section The developer should turn these materials into a polished and user-friendly app. ## Deliverables * Production-ready **iOS and Android apps** * Full **source code**, clean and well commented * Basic **technical documentation** * Working **authentication** and **password reset** * Secure storage and GDPR-conscious setup * Main menu with the required sections and submenus * 7 Gottman-inspired content menus * Theory page with external links * Therapy Practice area with locked and unlocked exercises * Code-lock system with popup message * State of the Union page with instructions, reminders, and partner email invitation * User registration notification by **email and/or Zoho CRM** * Full **App Store** and **Google Play** submission handled by the developer Link to the layout: [login to view URL]
