Company mobile app for employees

I'm looking to design a mobile for my employees. I'd like it to a scalable app to help structure and be the main place my employees go for tools to get their job done.

We are a construction company with multiple divisions. Best described as a construction company and a Tech company in one. We are looking for an app to assist with several tasks that we currently do and/or track with forms. Here are a few examples of what we'd like to see:

1. Area for division managers to upload the work schedule for their specific employees each week. This is normally an excel spreadsheet that is sent to employees weekly.

2. Area where employees can acess to employee forms such as not not limited to:

a) time off requests

B) company complaint form

C) training assistance request

D) technical cheat sheets and resources

These forms can live on some type of shared drive (we have a few that we currently already use)

3. Material request form

An area where employees can request things they need to finish a project from the field. Then assign resources to the request

4. Accident/ injury form submission

5. Monthly newsletter that can be maintained by my admin And uploaded monthly

And there are a few other ideas. We also have several apps that we use for tool management, etc. If possible i would like to potentially have all of the other apps we use live here so all emoyees have to do it go to ONE PLACE and then maybe under vehicles, they could launch or fleet management app (Fleetio) that is used to check vehicles in/out) (maybe like a shortcut to another ap).

We recognize this week be a complicated app and are going to find the right freelancer or freelance team to take this on. I need both apple and android apps. There are also some potential integrations with systems that we already use that might have SDK kits, simple database integrations, etc.

Final project specifications will be agreed upon. We are looking for a long term partner to continue to assist as this app grows and evolve. This will likely be a phased project where we simply bolt on the various tools as they are completed.

Looking to get a price range for the base mobile app that we can we can get started with and will agree to subsequent engagements as the app evolves.
