We need to develop an Android App that integrates with our web platform. The main purpose of the App will be to obtain feedback from customers. So it will have 3 things - login page, feedback form and list of feedback providers. The App will have the following functionality: (i) Login/ Password (ii) obtain list of reviewers/ customers from the web platform; (iii) Add new reviewers in the App; (iv) when the business clicks on the reviewer a form with customer details open. it has pre-filled details, but the client is able to edit; (iv) when the customer clicks on "Start Review", the feedback form opens; (v) the customer is able to choose between 5 language option for providing the review. only the review form will be in multiple languages, rest of the App will be in English. we will provide the translations; (vi) after the feedback is complete the app sends out a verification link to the customer's WhatsApp, SMS or email, based on the option chosen by the customer. The information on the app and the web portal has to be synchronized, hence an API will be required. The feedback functionality is already live on our web portal, we need to built it on an App for better usability. There are other functionalities on the web portal (registering users, dashboards, etc.) but we do not need that on the App. Once we finalize the developer, we will share details of our web portal, the 2 feedback forms and the suggestive screens we need on the App.
