The idea is demo video streaming via UDP.
So, the start activity of the app will offer two modes:
* streaming mode
* receiving (showing) mode
The streaming mode will also take the target (ip_address:port) in a separate line (no need to use STUN this far; all data can be sent unencrypted within the same LAN).
In the streaming mode the app will take video from the default camera, namely, 720p 30frames/s, encode with H264 and send (via UDP) to the target.
In receiving (showing) mode the app will listen to the specified port and display the video.
Important: the app must be able to accumulate received video frames; via a separate slider the frames should be shown delayed.
The slider will set the delay (from 0 up to 5 seconds).
No need to send audio.
No 3rd party libraries should be used.
