Android Student Attendance System using facial recognition

I need an android app with three modules, admin, lecturer and student. The admin will be able to add lecturer and faculty, assign lecturer to different department and monitor all activities. The lecturer will be able to add student, add class, add lecture halls and approve student attendance. The lecturer will mark attendence using his/her smart tablet rear camera by scanning the student in the class, and once any student is recognise, the student bio-data should be saved to the database automatically with the attendance count and time of attendance. The student module would allow student to monitor their tendance and know the classes they have missed.
