Very simple task. I just need a simple working example. There is no UI requirement. A single empty Activity will be ok.
The app should be able to use pocketsphinx to process raw bytes, e.g. [login to view URL](xxx) and convert it to text. ([login to view URL])
To make it more concrete, I suggest (open to other suggestion) the app should be able to open a file stream and read in a .wav file, read in the bytes and pass them into pocketsphinx decoder. Then you can create a hypothesis from the decoder and output the converted text. e.g.

// Just to demonstrate a flow
Decoder d = new Decoder(xxxx); // declare and config the pocketsphinx decoder somehow
FileInputStream fs = new FileInputStream("[login to view URL]"); // open a file stream for the .wav file
byte[] bytes;
while ([login to view URL](bytes)) { // read in the bytes
// Do something
[login to view URL](xxx); // manipulate the bytes somehow to make it fit, and pass it to the decoder
}
return [login to view URL]().getHypstr(); // return the converted text
```
