The risky part here is not the DVB integration itself but keeping BSP, kernel patches, tuner drivers, and production firmware reproducible across prototype revisions, otherwise future board spins become painful fast. I’d approach this by locking the SoC/BSP stack first, validating tuner compatibility early, then aligning schematic, PCB, and AOSP bring-up around a reproducible build pipeline. I worked on Android fintech systems with complex API/calculation layers and production debugging, and also on high-concurrency platforms at LiveJasmin where stability and deployment consistency were critical under real traffic.
