Wrap PWA for App Stores

I already have a functioning webpage and now need it converted into a Progressive Web App that can live in both major stores. The end-goal is simple: take the existing site, add true offline functionality, then package and submit it to Google Play as a wrapped PWA and to the Apple App Store as a fully native wrapper. Scope • Build the PWA layer: create the manifest, register a service worker, and cache the key assets so the core experience works seamlessly without a connection. No background or automatic data-sync logic is required—once connectivity returns the app can behave exactly as the website does now. • Android delivery: prepare a Trusted Web Activity or equivalent wrapper, supply the signed AAB, all store-ready screenshots, icons, and listing text, and guide me through the Google Play console steps until the app is approved. • iOS delivery: produce an Xcode project that embeds the site in WKWebView, configure all entitlements, push the build through TestFlight, and support me until Apple approves the binary. • Quality checks: confirm installability prompts, splash screen, icon, and offline cache on Chrome, Safari, and Edge mobile; verify that deep links and external URLs open correctly and that no sync routines run in the background. Deliverables 1. PWA source (manifest, service worker, instructions). 2. Android wrapper project and final AAB. 3. iOS wrapper project and final IPA. 4.
