This is a web platform that is designed to allow users to record themselves via their own webcam. And then the video is stored long term.
Hence, you must be familiar with Azure/AWS or any other cloud data storage that has low long term costs.
You will also need to sync up to an email server to allow automatic system emails to be sent out.
As the admin, there will be several things that must be capable of doing, setting new membership tiers, where the length of the video is limited, resolution of the video, and length of video storage can be customized.
