Updating Canvas LMS

Hello,
We are a private university using Open Canvas LMS to work with students, about 1000 people using this platform.
Our Canvas uses a Linux server at Amazon AWS.
We need help updating this system to the latest version. Our last update was made in March 2020.
You will need to update the Canvas LMS to the latest version, and check that all functions are working.
