Setup and Configuration of Wowza Media Server on Amazon Web

We are a young startup from Berlin, Germany. We are about to launch a webtv station for electronic dj live shows. We are searching for a developer or team that comes with broad experience in live video streaming with Wowza Media Server, especially in combination with Amazon Web Services.

We plan to broadcast a 24/7 playlist with both recorded and live content mixed. The stream will be send as flv by Flash media encoder and should be streamed by Wowza as video (RTMP, around 700kbit) and audio only (mp3, around 192kbit).

We want to start the development around 3rd of October 2011

The following tasks need to be done:

* Setup and Configuration of Wowza Media Server Instance on Amazon EC2

* Configuration of several live streaming applications in Wowza

* Configuration of Live Stream Recording in Wowza

* Configuration of module MediaWriterFileMover for moving recorded files to a specific location

* Configuration of server side playlist (SMIL), need to refresh the playlist source without restarting Wowza by using the Stream class stream controller (see [url removed, login to view] for details)

* Documentation of server configuration and module customization
