Looking for aws expert to build Cloudformation templet for lambda deployment

Job Description:
Hi, I have 4 lambda functions which need to deploy using theCloudformation template.
Lambda function will have the following connectivity
1) S3 Bucket (Need to create through templet also)
2) VPC (Already available. need to link in templet)
3) IAM role (Need to create with appropriate permission based on resource usage)
4) ALB(Load balancer will be front-facing for Lambda function, Need to create ALB)
5) Environmental variable define In templet.
6) Template should support enviromnetal type.
Example: for dev, s3 bucket will be example-dev
for prod, s3 bucket will be example-prod.
7) Assign a domain to ALB. (Already have setup for existing lambda alb)
