Full Lifecycle Next.js & Kubernetes DevOps Project

This is a complete end-to-end project that I independently designed, developed, tested, containerized, and deployed. I was solely responsible for the full software lifecycle, including application development, quality assurance, DevOps automation, and production deployment.
