Field Service Management Web App and PWA

Job Description:
We are looking to develop a combination web portal and Progressive Web Application (PWA) for use on PC, Android, and iPhone systems for tracking work order data and service provider records. We’ve, in part, developed something similar in the past using Airtable as the database and GlideApps for the PWA. This will not work out in scale for what we are trying to do. Current solutions that exist off the shelf just have too many features that we do not use and do not plan to use.
The application can be built with whatever means are best practice. It will live on an Ubuntu server and we’ve previously explored PHP and mySQL but are open to professional suggestions for other technologies. The infrastructure can either exist on Linode or Amazon AWS (Amazon Web Services) and we are still exploring both for final hosting of the application.
Functionality
Data management from Web UI and Mobile Application
The mobile application will be directed towards one role exclusively, so the functionality there will be limited to specific data
Role Based Permissions – A complete matrix to be separately created/shared
Integrations and Features

Slack for certain notifications
PDF generation of work documents
Signature capture (possibly as a PNG)
Possible future integration (or immediate if feasible) with existing calendar application ([login to view URL]) to place events on the correct calendar; potential for developing calendar application functionality in the app.
