Data Scientist to Create Predictive Time-Series Algorithm

We're looking for an expert to design a time-series predictive algorithms to identify commercial real estate properties that are the best investment targets for a given market or product type. The task at hand is to log on to our Azure SQL database, access the data, and create predictive models that will show us, geographically, where to invest. We expect these algorithms to show us what property types and specific properties we need to purchase.

We want to understand the patterns, trends, and opportunities identified by leveraging data science and machine learning for this phase. The expert will utilize existing documentation to understand the processes, scores, methodologies, and specific data necessary to complete this phase. We need three calculations or algorithms created for this phase, but we're not sure if this process is a portion statistics, a portion data science and a portion that's machine learning. It could be all or none of those.

For this phase of the project, we only want to focus on the data science and the predictions machine learning will create. We do not want to spend any time automating data ingestion, cleaning, and integration to the company's enterprise systems.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong experience in data science projects that require time-series forecasting

Experience and history of backward testing all theories and patterns identified

Must have experience with Azure SQL databases

Strong understanding of Cluster Analysis, Automated Valuation Models and Time-Series Forecasting

Preference to also have experience with Geospatial analysis

Deliverables

The results needs to be accessible either via an excel file or posted to a table in the database.

A user interface or online portal does not need to be created at this time.
