Clickable map for Wordpress blog needed

I have map of the UK in my Wordpress blog and at the moment it is a static GIF with about 40 regions that link to other pages in the blog. The name of the region is currently displayed via tooltip (alt tag). I want a bit more interactivity, I want regions to highlight when I hover over it and perhaps the name of the region to display in the corner of the map. I am looking for somebody write a script (JQuery for example) so it can be embedded in my WP blog. I will provide a vector AI file and a PNG with all regions on separate layers, correctly named and with the links to pages already. So there is no design involved, just the coding.
