Important: Please read first. Due to some unscrupulous freelancers that nominate a cost then want a different price to be paid, the price you put-up is the cost, any other cost will be reported. A one minute production/video/demonstration Ai generated or any other format that show off a building with a name on it from a helicopter. For scale: 100 meters long, 30 meters high at the sides to the eaves and 30 meters wide. It has a roof pitch in the center of 10% or close to. It has one roller door at the front on the right hand side 10 meters wide, 2/3rds of the height. There are no windows or skylights on the building There are no other entrances. The name of the business will be on both sides of the roof, along all sides and on the front. There are “TAG” lines that will appear as it moves around. The video can stop for a moment, move with it, what ever looks good, (not important) and it could say as well if you can. Australian male voice. A script: This is only a suggestion. It is to promote the size of the building, the perpective of size and the clients name, as we promote to different companies the names will change. Visual Specs: 1. Structure: A massive industrial/modern good looking landmark building. A 10 degrees low pitched roof. It opens with a helicopter (we could be looking through the front and side of the helicopter windows, adding the impact) flying very high, over an industrial estate, industrial buildings and factories, all smaller than ours. TAG: 1 If this was solar farm the area needed would be 24 times larger than this one building to generate the same amount of energy this building does in one day. That is 24 Megawatts of energy per day out of this one building in any weather. Rain, snow, hail and it generates at night. *If you are very good you could do a quick light blue cover over the industrial buildings to simulate the size of the solar farm, then the blue cover disappears. 2. The helicopter starts to come down circling around to show, the name “Portelli Energy+” on the roof on both sides, (name on both sides of the pitched roof) The drone / helicopter lowers down going, going down along one of the sides slowly showing the name in Portelli Renewable Energy+ in 20-meter letters in the raised blue/silver along the side. Sample below. TAG: 2 Now you can generate RENEWABLE ENERGY where it is needed, not hundreds of kilometre’s away, for Commercial, Industrial, Municipal, Entertaining or any other use. 3. You continue coming along the side and coming around to the front showing the name again on the front and, people, cars and a semitrailer can be seen coming out of the building: Before landing at an angle in the left-hand front corner of the property to show the perspective of the building size, the name, the length and width. Hero Shot : at the front a semitrailer is driving out. (Kinetic Energy on the truck, sides and front) You do not see inside the building, because the semitrailer is in the way. TAG: 3 Not only grid and off grid base load energy 24 hours a day in any weather, but for cars and trucks as well. More detail will be supplied. Angle: A low-angle, wide-lens "hero shot" from the ground, This makes the building look powerful and imposing. The helicopter has landed in the paddock / field next door / front carpark This is a single shot and/or a moving shot, suitable for phone, tablet PC and web site. Scale Markers: Include a high-end sports car “McLaren Senna GTR” Bronze in colour out the front. and a few people out the front near the semitrailer and the cars to provide a visual reference for the building's massive height. And for scale also a Volvo Semitrailer similar from this web site (or representation) and the colours red and yellow, and name from this site.
