AI-Powered Multi-Portal Job & Marketplace Platform (Web First, Scalable Architecture)

We are looking for an experienced full-stack development team to build a scalable AI-powered web platform starting with a Job Portal (website first, mobile app in phase 2). This is not a simple job board clone. The platform will combine AI job matching, a coin-based listing economy, automation workflows, subscription models, WhatsApp/email notifications, and advanced admin controls. The system must be modular, as we plan to expand into additional portals such as mortgage/business loan, classified/property listings, and HR management under the same ecosystem architecture. Core highlights of the platform include: * Multi-role system (Job Seekers, Employers, Recruitment Agencies, Advertisers, Super Admin) * Coin-based monetization system (boost, sticky posts, highlighted listings, keywords, candidate matching) * AI features (resume generation, resume parsing, job description generation, job scoring, match %, recommendations) * Premium recruiter plans with advanced analytics and discounted coin usage * Candidate booster system (applicants can boost their applications using coins) * Automated scheduling for listing refresh/bump using calendar-based triggers * WhatsApp automation (notifications, reminders, renewal prompts) * Email broadcast automation * Payment integration (PayNow QR, Stripe, credit card) * Admin dashboard with feature toggle controls (enable/disable functions) * CMS & analytics dashboard * Job data extraction/import logic (details in attached document) * Auto-generated featured job images (Facebook carousel friendly) The system must be built with scalability in mind, as it will later support additional portals such as mortgage/loan and classified marketplace platforms sharing a structured database ecosystem.
