I'm new on Freelancer but not new to development — I run WhatsApp Cloud API integrations in production already, so this is squarely my lane, not a first attempt. Expert flag: since you already have the Business number + Meta Cloud API access, the part most bidders will get wrong is the token. A temporary access token (24h dev / 60-day user token) will silently expire and kill the bot in production — I'll set up a Meta System User under your business with a PERMANENT token instead, so it doesn't quietly die on you weeks in. I'd also treat "under 10 seconds" as a hard SLA: webhook receives → queue → LLM call with a timeout+fallback (never let a slow market-data or LLM call hang the WhatsApp session), guardrail/disclaimer injected server-side (not prompt-only, so it can't be dropped by a bad completion), and conversation logs written before the reply is sent, not after — so the review dashboard never has gaps if a call fails mid-flow. Two scoping questions: (1) OpenAI GPT-4-class or do you want the option to swap in an on-prem model later — affects whether I abstract the LLM call behind an interface now? (2) Yahoo Finance/Alpha Vantage — any existing account/API key, or should I pick one and account for its rate limits in the caching layer?
