This is mostly a Crisp setup + knowledge structuring job rather than “training an AI” in the model sense. Hugo AI works best when the knowledge base is clean and chunked properly, otherwise it starts giving generic answers even if the data is good. I’d first organize your PDFs and FAQs into clear intent groups (pricing, policies, troubleshooting, service descriptions) instead of dumping everything into one blob. Then I’d tune the assistant instructions so it knows when to be strict vs when to be conversational. Arabic/English handling is usually where things go wrong, so I’d explicitly separate response rules per language rather than relying on auto-detection alone. Main risk is hallucination when Crisp tries to answer outside the KB, so I’d constrain it to “answer only from sources, otherwise ask follow-up” mode and test edge cases with real support logs. Also worth adjusting tone so it doesn’t sound overly robotic in Arabic. Do you already have your FAQs structured, or is it mostly raw PDFs and chat logs right now?
