That answer sets the whole scope, so it is the first thing I would pin down. The second thing decides the architecture. MCP gives Claude tools while you are talking to it. Half of what you listed does not involve you talking to it: the morning briefing, following up a quote after a set period, checkout to cleaner to confirmation, overdue invoice reminders. Those have to fire on a schedule or an event with nobody in the chat.
