YouTube Shorts Entertainment Editor Needed

@danino29

Vertical Shorts at 1080x1920 with burned-in captions and no watermark is a straightforward brief to scope against. First cut delivered within your 48-hour window, using tight cuts, on-screen text, and colour grading that reads well on mobile before any sound design pass; we then refine transitions and pacing together until it hits scroll-stopping. Working from the EU means turnaround lands ready for you each morning. Proof of comparable finishing work: cinematic edits and motion graphics across After Effects projects, backed by a 4.9 rating over 139 reviews on this profile. Can you share the raw footage and a couple of reference Shorts so I can match the pacing style you're after?

@Mayanks010

Hi, Thanks for sharing your project. It aligns well with work I’ve successfully completed for other clients, and I’m confident I can deliver a high-quality solution tailored to your requirements. Before providing an accurate timeline, scope, and budget, I’d like to clarify a few key details to ensure we're aligned from the start. Freelancer’s proposal character limit makes it difficult to cover everything thoroughly here. If you're available, let's connect via chat. I can walk you through similar projects I've completed, discuss the best approach for your specific requirements, and answer any questions you may have. Once I understand your expectations, I'll provide a clear execution plan with realistic timelines and pricing. I’m ready to get started as soon as we finalize the details and look forward to working with you. Best regards, Mayank Sahu

@MuhammadAkif8

Can you share one reference Short that best represents the pacing and visual style you want The main challenge is making each Short hold attention from the first frame without letting transitions, motion graphics, captions, or sound effects overpower the actual entertainment moment. I would cut the footage tightly into 15 to 60 second vertical videos at 1080 × 1920, using dynamic pacing, clean transitions, cinematic colour grading, branded text animation, accurate captions, and balanced sound design. I would deliver the first cut within 48 hours, handle revisions quickly, and keep the project organised for consistent future Shorts. Best regards, Akif U.

Coming from a background in graphic design, web design, and 3D animation, my video editing skills are top-notch and versatile. With a strong command over After Effects and other notable software like Adobe Premiere Pro, I can assure you that your footage will be transformed into captivating YouTube Shorts. My knowledge of motion graphics, graphic design, and color grading are vital tools for crafting compelling content to intrigue your audience from the very first frame. Further, my skills in editing ensures your final files will be perfect - typo-free captions, seamless transitions and vivid cinematic color grade compliant with your brand's style. Being new to this platform shouldn't be considered as a disadvantage. I have a unique perspective on projects which helps me think outside the box! Also, my entry into freelancing in October 2020 does not’t reflect lack of experience; I’ve been deeply immersed in various video projects beyond the freelance platform. All my experience has cultivated my fast turnaround time without sacrificing quality. In addition, I'm comfortable with receiving and incorporating feedback– guaranteeing a seamless revision process till we achieve your desired perfection. Best Regards Sumit Kumar

We can turn your raw footage into punchy, scroll-stopping YouTube Shorts that feel dynamic from the very first frame while keeping the entertainment value and personality intact. We can handle: • 15–60 sec vertical Shorts in 1080×1920 • Strong opening hooks and retention-focused pacing • Smooth transitions and purposeful zooms/cuts • Cinematic colour grading • Motion graphics and animated text • Clean, typo-free captions • Layered sound design and impactful SFX • Balanced dialogue/music levels • High-quality H.264 export, ready for direct upload Our editing approach is retention-first without over-editing. Every cut, caption, graphic, and sound cue should either improve the joke/story or keep the viewer engaged. We can follow your references closely while building a consistent visual style across future Shorts. Turnaround: First cut within 24–48 hours. Revision process: We take structured timestamped feedback, implement revisions quickly, and refine until the agreed direction is locked. Happy to share relevant entertainment/Shorts samples and start with the first video immediately. Civati

@ridwaan6254

The opening needs to make the viewer understand the payoff immediately. I would build one entertainment Short around the strongest moment in your footage, then use purposeful cuts, readable captions and sound accents to maintain that momentum without overwhelming the story. My three day quote covers one agreed 15 to 60 second Short after complete footage and references arrive. Your earlier first cut deadline needs confirmation after I review the source material. It includes one consolidated revision round, colour matching, balanced audio and a watermark free 1080 by 1920 H.264 export. Further rounds can be agreed separately. Please share the footage duration, intended hook and a style reference. I can explain the edit approach against those before production begins. Regards Ridwaan M

@Cefphas

Hi! I'd love to help turn your raw footage into punchy, scroll-stopping Shorts. I've edited short-form video content for a client before, focusing on tight pacing, smooth transitions, and motion graphics that keep viewers hooked from the very first frame, exactly the style you're describing. My approach: I identify the strongest hook within the first 1-2 seconds, then build pacing around it using clean cuts, on-screen text, cinematic color grading, and sound design that supports the story rather than distracting from it. I'll deliver the final file exactly to spec 1080x1920, H.264 MP4, no watermarks, under 60 seconds. I can have your first cut back to you within 48 hours as requested, then refine based on your feedback until it's exactly right. Looking forward to creating standout content together

@devesh0801

Hi there, Entertainment Shorts live or die in the first 2 seconds, and my editing approach is built around immediate visual hooks, dynamic pacing, and immersive sound design that drives high retention and completion rates. What I bring to your workflow: Story & Pacing: Trimming dead air, building comedic or dramatic timing, and using seamless match cuts and zoom transitions to maintain momentum. Visual Polish: Clean cinematic color grading, custom animated captions/kinetic typography, and brand-aligned motion graphic callouts. Tight Sound Design: Layered whooshes, risers, impacts, and balanced audio leveling so dialogue stays punchy over background music. Standard Specs: Delivery in vertical 1080x1920, optimized H.264 MP4 under 60s, fully prepped for direct upload.
