Urgent: Creating minor animations on static images for presentational video.

We need help finishing a presentational video.
We have a static image and need parts of it highlighted whilst the speaker is presenting it.
It will be fine to create a video (of the animation) so we can just overlay it on the current video.
We will send video clip and imagine and the que timeline for highlighting the images
We may need additional editing (not required for this job) but if you can do a bit of graphic design and adobe premiere we may need you for other jobs.
