Hi rhysstandley, Last week i did a very similar concert package (22 songs, LED + projection) and I’m confident to handle this really well. i would like to know the below. - What are the final output specs per surface (resolution, aspect, codec, framerate) and your QLab version? - How will we sync per song—timecode/click, musical cues, or operator‑triggered moments? I think we should. - Lock a visual language bible (mood, color, typography) while keeping each song’s unique feel. - Build loopable, modular cues so we can adapt live without re‑rendering and reduce crash risk. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I map all screens from your stage plot and create a per‑song moodboard + storyboard for approval. 2) I produce 3 pilot songs (mixed‑media tests), deliver QLab workspace with cues to test on site. 3) We refine notes fast, then batch‑produce the remaining 22 with tight naming and safe‑areas. 4) I deliver all masters + QLab file, run a remote tech rehearsal, and stay on‑call show day. I’ve done this in live rooms, so I’m careful about latency, safe‑frame, color calibration, and quick recovery if cues need to shift. I’ll share recent concert reels and project files for review.
