My concept for your video would be to create a trailer with great atmosphere. Something that if you watched it at night all alone you wouldnt sleep for a week. In your reference video they have a slenderman amusement section, if you have ever played that game then thats the kind of atmosphere I was thinking of (note: not actually taking any of the clips or gameplay, just the general feeling). I would have subminals flash on the screen, similar to those in the exorcist, and have phrases every so often like "Do you think you will survive the maze?" and "Are you afraid of the dark?". Depending on your target audience could even go a bit more taunting like "Do you have the balls to walk the maze?" or something similar, but happy to discuss. Through the movie I would have footage of someone (guy or girl, doesnt matter) walking through a derelict house, at some points from their point of view so you see their hands feeling the walls as the stumble through. Then I would finish up with your maze logo/title, opening details, etc. The sound effects I would use throughout would all add to the creepyness factor, things like echoes of children laughing or singing, screams, crying, creaking, rustling, and a light breeze. Of course all that is up for discussion, but i think that fits what you are after and will give you a unique and memorable promo.
