If you have no pro tools your hourly rate should be extremely cheap NO hourly rate over $8 will even be entertained but again no pro tools your hourly rate should be on the lower end of $2-$8/hr I’m building a private media and partnerships ecosystem and I’m looking for a long-term Personal Assistant / Research & Outreach Partner. This is ongoing work, not a one-time task. You’ll work directly with me to help identify, vet, and connect with the right people — including creators, advertisers, UGC creators, brand partners, and affiliate opportunities. This role is hands-on and manual. No automation. No scraping lists. No mass blasting. I care about quality, judgment, initiative, and follow-through. I am not looking for someone who just waits for tasks. I am looking for someone who: • Notices opportunities • Sees patterns • Speaks up with ideas or improvements • Thinks independently and adds signal, not noise ⸻ What You’ll Be Doing (Ongoing) Talent & Partner Discovery • Find podcast creators, content creators, UGC creators, advertisers, and brand partners • Identify strong affiliate programs and monetization opportunities • Focus on active, credible, well-aligned profiles Manual Vetting • Verify creators and brands are real, active, and engaged • Review posting cadence, content quality, audience signals, and brand safety • Distinguish real engagement from inflated or low-quality profiles Outreach & Relationship Building • Send personalized, one-to-one outreach • Start real conversations (no spam, no mass messages) • Gauge genuine interest and alignment Advertiser & Affiliate Research • Identify brands already sponsoring creators or media • Track companies that consistently run podcast, creator, or UGC promotions • Surface repeat advertisers, affiliate networks, and partnership angles Promotion & Collaboration Support • Help identify creators suitable for promotions or collaborations • Assist with communication, coordination, and follow-ups Tracking & Organization • Maintain simple spreadsheets or docs with outreach status and notes General Support • Occasional research, coordination, or growth-related tasks as needed ⸻ Tools & Platforms Manual research ability matters more than expensive software.
