Need a script or utility to copy ad listing site to site

We need need a script or a utility to grab the lnventory listings from [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] adn to post them at the foreign site [url removed, login to view] .

And we are car exporters and need to put those ads on that site by our company contact info, and to list the listings in correct way. all the information should be correct.
