Digital Marketing Analyst (Ad Campaigns + Lead Pages + Lead Conversion)

We are a SaaS company looking for a digital marketing analyst to help improve our sales conversions through lead pages. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating effective lead pages that drive conversions. We spend money each month on Google Ads, persona advertising, pay-per-click, pay-per-lead, directory listings, etc. What we need is someone who can oversee the complete cycle from ad to trial signup.
Specifically, I need assistance with:
- Designing and creating lead pages that are visually appealing and user-friendly
- Optimizing lead pages for maximum conversion rates
- Implementing lead capture forms and integrating them with our CRM system
The primary goal of this project is to improve our sales conversions by optimizing our lead pages.

1. Lead Conversion Tracking:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns.
• Evaluate lead generation and conversion data and identify trends and insights.
• Optimize free and paid campaigns based on performance insights to maximize lead conversion.
2. Trial Conversion Signups:
• Track and analyze trial signups and establish conversion benchmarks.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the sign-up process and recommend improvements.
• Develop strategies to increase trial conversion rates.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Extract and analyze data from various platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
• Create comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance, conversion rates, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.
• Present data-driven recommendations and insights to the marketing team and senior management.
4. Collaboration & Strategy Development:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for optimizing conversion rates.
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive lead and trial conversion.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Understanding of how to use GA4 (and would be willing to provide a demo to show proof)
• Proficient in using analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and CRM software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional presentation and reporting skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to review our landing pages and suggest/make changes to improve the conversion rate. They would then track the conversation rate of each landing page/source. They would know how many people land on the page and how many fill out the form. From there they would track how many start a trial. They will then be able to look at the conversion rate and the lead cost and suggest which channels are profitable and which are not.

This could be a part-time or full-time position. If full-time, there will be other responsibilities assigned related to data review.
