Nous recherchons un monteur vidéo créatif et autonome, spécialisé dans les outils IA et les effets spéciaux, pour réaliser les parties 2 et 3 d’une série de Reels Instagram éducatifs, dynamiques et viraux (format vertical 9:16 uniquement). Mission test : produire 2 Reels à partir d’un modèle déjà validé (vidéo partie 1 fournie en référence), dans le but d’établir ensuite une collaboration récurrente (plusieurs Reels par semaine). Éléments fournis : Scripts détaillés scène par scène Voix-off déjà enregistrées (fichiers WAV propres) Photos du speaker + fichier .safetensors LoRA du modèle du speaker (pour une génération ultra-réaliste et cohérente) Vidéo de référence complète (partie 1) pour le style, le rythme et la direction artistique Accès à notre compte Envato Elements Tâches principales : Génération du speaker en vidéo IA avec synchronisation labiale parfaite (lip sync) en exploitant le LoRA fourni Création et sélection d’images/vidéos d’illustration (génération IA, stock ou Envato) Montage rythmé et ultra-engageant adapté aux codes Instagram Reels Animations de texte stylisées (titres verts impactants avec effets d’entrée dynamiques) Sound design complet (musique de fond, bruitages, transitions whoosh Effets visuels punchy (zooms, ralentis, rebonds, impacts, etc.) Direction artistique moderne et énergique (références Marvel, esthétique cinématographique ou cartoon stylisé) Compétences obligatoires : Maîtrise Adobe Premiere Pro (ou DaVinci Resolve/Filmora Pro) Adobe Photoshop (compositing et retouche) Expérience confirmée en génération vidéo IA avec lip sync et utilisation de LoRA/custom models (Runway, Pika, Kling, Hedra, D-ID, etc.) Parfaite compréhension du français (scripts et humour) Connaissance approfondie des formats et optimisations Instagram Reels (9:16, hooks forts, sous-titres intégrés, etc.) Compétences très appréciées : After Effects (animations texte et effets avancés) Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI Adobe Illustrator Sound design et mixage audio Livrables attendus : 2 Reels finaux en 1080×1920 Projet source organisé et nommé proprement Versions avec et sans sous-titres intégrés (si besoin) Rounds de modifications inclus par vidéo Délai souhaité : 7 jours pour les deux Reels.
