Marathi YouTube Video Editor & Thumbnail Designer

​I am looking for a talented, detail-oriented video editor and thumbnail designer to work on an ongoing basis for my Marathi YouTube personal finance channel. ​The typical video length will be 5 to 9 minutes (final cut). The content is highly informative, educational, and engaging—very similar in style, pacing, and production quality to channels like Dhruv Rathee or top-tier Indian infotainment creators. ​Key Responsibilities: ​A-Roll Editing: Clean up the raw footage (remove filler words, dead space, mistakes) to keep a tight, engaging pace. ​Chroma Keying: Cleanly remove the green screen background and replace it with high-quality, professional, and dynamic virtual backgrounds or motion graphics. ​B-Roll & Visual Enhancements: Source and integrate highly relatable stock footage, relevant images, slick transitions between scenes, and engaging stickers/emojis. ​Data Visualization: Design and animate clean, easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and text overlays to simplify financial data. ​Audio Design: Add copyright-free background tracks, sound effects (SFX) for transitions/stickers, and ensure perfect audio leveling. ​Thumbnail Design: Create 1 highly engaging, click-worthy YouTube thumbnail per video that matches the high-quality look of top Indian creators. ​Requirements: ​Language: Must be comfortable working with Marathi audio. You don't need to be a native speaker, but you must accurately understand the flow of the script to insert relevant graphics, text overlays, and B-roll. ​Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. ​Portfolio: You must provide links to previous work, preferably showing infotainment edits, green screen removal, data/graph animations, or finance-related content. ​Turnaround: Reliable delivery within 2–3 days per video. ​If you do a great job on the first video, this will turn into a long-term, consistent workflow.
