Event Highlight Video Production

I’m running a 25-day programme and need a reliable videographer–editor who can capture the energy of each session and quickly turn it into engaging event-highlight content. You’ll be on-site for roughly an hour whenever a shoot is needed, recording footage in a candid, documentary style. From that material, I’ll need a polished 60-second video that feels professional and informative rather than flashy or overly stylised. The finished pieces have to look crisp on Instagram feeds and WhatsApp shares, so please optimise aspect ratios, resolution and file size accordingly, add subtle lower thirds or captions where necessary, and balance colour and audio for consistency across the series. Deliverables • Ten (10) edited one-minute highlight videos, delivered throughout the 25-day window as shoots occur. • Each video supplied in vertical (9:16) and square (1:1) formats, ready for immediate upload. • Basic royalty-free background music and simple logo outro included. Timelines are tight: I’ll give you shoot dates at least 24 hours in advance, and I’ll need the corresponding edit back within 48 hours of filming. If you already work comfortably with Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve and can manage quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality, you’ll fit right in.
