Dynamic Podcast Video Editing

I host an interview-driven YouTube podcast and I’m looking for a video editor who can turn each conversation into a dynamic, engaging episode that keeps viewers watching from start to finish. Your job is to take the raw multi-track footage I provide and shape it into a polished final cut ready for upload to my channel. Here’s what I need from you: clean jump-cuts that maintain the natural flow of the interview, thoughtful pacing that highlights the guest’s best moments, and subtle motion graphics or punch-ins to keep the visual energy high without feeling over-produced. I usually record in 1080p, so you should be comfortable with standard color correction, audio balancing, and exporting in YouTube-friendly formats. I work mainly in Premiere Pro, but I’m fine if you prefer Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve as long as the results are crisp and professional. Turnaround time is important to me—ideally one week after you receive the files—so reliability and clear communication are essential.
