Photoshop Pants & Cleanup

I have a single photo that needs two equally important edits. First, the man in the shot is wearing short pants; please extend them into long, straight-cut trousers that match the current shorts in colour, fabric texture, stitching and lighting so the change looks seamless. No style shift—I just want the exact same material continued down to the ankles. Second, remove every other person in the background. After they’re gone, rebuild those empty spots with the surrounding scene so the pattern and perspective flow naturally; nothing should hint that anyone was ever there. Please return a high-resolution JPEG (for everyday use) and the layered PSD so I can see how the work was done or make future tweaks.
