Photoshop Minor PDF Number Edits

I have a scanned PDF document where the date needs to be updated—just two or three individual digits—but the change must be completely undetectable. Because the file is raster-based, the work has to be done in Adobe Photoshop (or an equivalent pixel editor) rather than a layout program. You will: • Replace the existing date numbers exactly, matching the original font, size, weight, and color. • Preserve every other element of the document; no cropping, compression loss, or extra artifacts. • Return the file in the same resolution as a flattened PDF, plus a layered PSD so I can reference the edits.
