Photo Retouching & File Organization

I have a growing archive of product and lifestyle images that need professional-looking retouching while the surrounding workflow stays tidy and accurate. Your main task will be to bring each photo to a polished, publication-ready state—skin and object cleanup, tonal balancing, colour consistency, and any subtle enhancements that keep the result natural yet striking. Alongside that, you will log the edited files in a simple spreadsheet, rename them to the naming convention I provide, and drop them into the correct cloud folders so nothing ever goes missing. Turn-around speed matters because new batches arrive weekly, but I never want speed at the expense of precision. If you spot irregular metadata, duplicate filenames, or gaps in the data sheet, flag them; I value initiative. When you apply, show me examples of past retouching work that demonstrate before-and-after quality. A small, watermarked sampler is fine—I just need to see that you can control colour, texture, and overall tone without over-processing. Deliverables (per batch): • Fully retouched JPEGs + layered PSD/RAW files • Completed tracking sheet with filenames, dimensions, and basic shoot notes • Folder structure replicated exactly as template I work primarily in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, so compatibility there is essential. If you have additional skills in batch scripting or DAM tools, mention them—streamlining is always welcome.
