The attached PDF didn't come through on my side, so I can't confirm I've read it in full yet. Could you re-send it here in chat? Once I've read it, I'll confirm each requirement. For a 1080 x 1080 automation PSD, I'd put the property photo, headshot and logo in named Smart Object groups, with every variable text field kept live. Which fields change most from post to post, like price, address or agent name? That decides how I'd group the layers.
