I need a reliable project assistant who can blend everyday admin work with simple graphic design on a steady, part-time basis. You’ll spend most of your time on accurate data entry—updating our spreadsheets and adding articles to WordPress - while keeping our shared calendar up to date so writers and editors always know what’s due next. Each week you will also upload finished articles to WordPress, format them for the front end, gather or edit images, and create straightforward graphics (Canva, Photoshop, or any comparable tool is fine). Clear English communication is essential because you’ll be chatting with me and the content team in Slack and email to keep tasks moving smoothly. The role is ongoing, a few hours daily, paid per task (based on ca. $5/hour), and success looks like zero-error data, clean on-brand visuals for our clients, and a schedule that’s always current.
