Enhance & Merge JPEGs to PDF

I have between 11 and 50 source files, all in JPEG format, that I need rebuilt into a single, print-ready PDF. Before the merge, each image must be tidied up: color corrected, sharpened, obvious distortions removed, and any slight angle straightened. The current scans are a bit fuzzy, so visible clarity after processing is essential. Sequence matters. Please place the designated front-cover image first and the back-cover image last, then merge everything in order into one continuous PDF. Deliverables • One high-resolution, consolidated PDF in the exact page order specified • The cleaned-up JPEGs returned separately (optional but appreciated) Acceptance criteria – No residual tilt or warping on any page – Text and graphics appear crisp at 100 % zoom – Colors look natural and consistent across the document – Front and back covers correctly positioned Feel free to use Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Affinity Photo, or any similar tool—whatever lets you hit the quality bar quickly.
