Merge 4 Photos Seamlessly

I have four separate shots of our team that need to look as though they were all sitting together for a single, well-lit photograph. The final composite will be printed at large format, so I’m counting on precise masking, color-matching and lighting consistency. Please keep the original backgrounds from each photo intact and blend them naturally—no additional graphics, text or logos are required. I can supply the RAW DSC files. for an example for now have attached lower quality jpg versions of the 4 pics. What I need back is a flattened, print-ready TIFF or PSD plus a web-optimised JPEG. If you work comfortably in Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom and have a keen eye for detail—skin tones, shadows, perspective alignment—this should be a straightforward but meticulous retouching job.
