Experienced Photoshop Portrait Retouching (Long-Term Work)

I'm looking for an experienced Photoshop retoucher to join my growing family portrait photography business for ongoing work. Initially approximately 5–15 hours per week, depending on workload, with the opportunity for significantly more ongoing work as the business grows. This is NOT beginner-level editing. Please only apply if you have extensive experience editing portrait photography. Strong Photoshop compositing skills are essential. You must be confident performing natural-looking head swaps, eye swaps, and colour matching between multiple images. REQUIRED SKILLS You must be highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and be able to complete edits such as: Colour correction to ensure images match each other Skin retouching (remove pimples and temporary blemishes while keeping skin natural) Teeth whitening Basic distractions and object removal Natural-looking retouching (not over-edited) Cropping Exposure correction White balance correction You must produce natural, high-quality edits suitable for professional printing. REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 2 years' experience professionally editing portrait photography is preferred Please provide a portfolio showing before-and-after examples of your work. Must be available within approximately 2 hours of Brisbane, Australia (AEST) for easy communication. Strong written English communication. Able to follow detailed editing instructions. Reliable with deadlines. High attention to detail.
