Streetwear T-Shirt Design Recreation

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to recreate an existing streetwear t-shirt design for print production. I have an image of the exact design I want, and I need high-resolution, print-ready vector or PNG files created from it. The aesthetic is gritty and urban. The typography needs to match the distressed, dripping style exactly. Front Design Requirements: • Recreate the high-contrast black and white portrait of a woman holding a $100 bill over her eyes. • Ensure the hand making the peace sign is clearly visible and integrated. • Recreate the word "VICTORY" below the portrait using a red, dripping, and distressed horror-style font with a slight outline. Back Design Requirements: • Recreate the text "FROM POVERTY TO BIG DREAMS" stacked across four lines. • The font and texture must perfectly match the dripping, distressed red text used on the front.
