Scalable Vector Logo Recreation

I have an existing logo in raster form that I need rebuilt as a true, clean vector file in Adobe Illustrator. The artwork must scale flawlessly to at least 60" × 60" for a roadside board, yet stay crisp enough for shirt prints and business cards. Please duplicate the design exactly as shown in the reference image, but set it up so I can freely move or recolor the text and phone number later. I’ll need the final artwork supplied in AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG, with all text editable and no embedded bitmaps. Deliverables (all layered and fully editable): • Final vector logo in AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG • A short note explaining which layers control the phone number and any text so I can change them myself If anything in the file prevents easy editing of those elements, let me know up front so we can adjust before delivery.
