AeroHero Logo Vector Redraw + Complete Logo Pack (Web/Social/Print)

We have an existing AeroHero logo (provided as PNG). We need a professional vector redraw (100% clean curves) and a complete logo pack suitable for: website, social media, app icons, and print (small & large formats). The result must be brand-book ready. What you will receive from us • Current logo file(s): PNG reference (attached) • Brand context: Aviation / travel, friendly “travel buddy + travel hacker” vibe • Primary brand colors (current look should be preserved; you can sample from the logo) Scope of Work 1. Vector recreation (redraw) • Recreate the logo as a true vector (no auto-trace artifacts). • Clean geometry, smooth curves, consistent stroke widths, proper alignment. • Match the original proportions and details as closely as possible. 2. Logo variants (required) Deliver these versions: • Full-color (primary) – identical to the reference • Monochrome dark (1-color) • Monochrome light / reversed (1-color on dark background) • Grayscale • Icon/Symbol only (mascot mark without “AERO HERO” text) • Wordmark only (if feasible from the design; separate usable text element) • Horizontal lockup (if possible while keeping brand consistency) • Simplified small-size version (optimized for favicons / tiny usage) 3. Color specifications • Provide color definitions in: • RGB + HEX (web) • CMYK (print) • Pantone equivalent suggestions (best match) • Provide at least 2 background recommendations (light & dark). 4. Typography • Identify the closest matching font for “AERO HERO” or recreate lettering as vector if exact font is unknown. • Deliver editable text version if font is identified OR provide outlined vector text. Deliverables (Files & Formats) Please deliver a structured folder with: Vector source files • AI (Adobe Illustrator) • SVG (optimized, clean, correctly grouped) • EPS / PDF (vector) Raster exports • PNG (transparent background) in multiple sizes: • 512, 1024, 2048 px (square) • 1920×1080 (16:9) version if applicable for headers • JPG (white background) for quick use • WebP (optional but nice) Social / App assets • Favicon set (ICO + PNG): 16, 32, 48, 180, 192, 512 • Profile avatar (1:1) – icon optimized, centered, readable in small size • Optional: simple social header variant (safe margins) Print-ready • CMYK PDF (vector) • A4 layout sheet with logo variants + clear space guide (simple one-pager) Mini brand guidelines (1–2 pages PDF) • Clear space rules (minimum padding around logo) • Minimum size recommendations (web + print) • Background usage (do/don’t) • Color palette (HEX/RGB/CMYK/Pantone) • Which variant to use when (full-color vs mono) Quality Requirements • Must be redrawn in curves (clean vector), not an auto-trace result. • Perfectly scalable without pixelation. • Consistent line thickness, no stray points, no broken paths. • Pixel-fit check for small sizes (favicon / 32px readability). Process & Revisions • Step 1: First vector draft for review (1–2 previews) • Step 2: Corrections (up to 2 revision rounds) • Step 3: Final delivery as a complete packaged ZIP folder Copyright / Ownership • Full rights transferred to us upon final payment. • No use of the logo in your portfolio unless we explicitly agree.
