Memberikan label atau kategori pada percakapan agar lebih mudah dipantau. Membuat daily chat summary yang ringkas, misalnya jumlah pelanggan, jenis pertanyaan, masalah yang muncul, serta status penyelesaiannya. Mengikuti SOP, template jawaban, dan informasi produk yang diberikan. Menjaga kerahasiaan informasi pelanggan dan data bisnis. Bekerja secara konsisten dalam jadwal 1–2 jam per hari sesuai kebutuhan. Saya juga cukup familiar dengan penggunaan berbagai platform digital dan siap mempelajari fitur WhatsApp Business, termasuk labels, quick replies, dan pengelolaan percakapan. Mengapa saya cocok?
