I am looking for an executive assistant to help out with a variety of administrative tasks such as inputting data, making phone calls, and translating documents. The job will be long-term and take about 15 hours per week. The working hours are flexible, but I need someone who will be responsive and usually reply to me within the hour. Some of the tasks (including phone calls) will require conversational levels of Italian and Polish.
