Tamil-Speaking Administrative Virtual Assistant

You will be my right hand for day-to-day administration, communicating comfortably in both Tamil and English so nothing gets lost in translation. The core of the role is keeping my inbox, calendar, and data tidy and up-to-date. Each weekday I’ll rely on you to: • Triage and draft replies in Gmail/Outlook, flagging anything that needs my direct input • Book, reschedule, and confirm meetings in Google Calendar (or Outlook) and send concise reminders • Enter and clean data inside Google Sheets or Excel with total accuracy Beyond these daily rhythms, I’ll send over raw material that needs turning into professional-looking documents. Expect to: • Compile weekly and monthly reports, checking figures and formatting so they read clearly in Tamil or English as required • Build slide decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides from my notes, adding visuals and consistent styling Deliverables are simple: an organised inbox, a conflict-free calendar, error-free spreadsheets, and polished reports or presentations returned by the deadline we set. Accuracy, discretion, and fluency in Tamil are non-negotiable; everything else we can learn together.
